Use it when checking availability and built brand/theme scopes; use object_registry for definitions or registry_snapshot for mappings. Returns status, server uptime, registry counts, token scopes and productReality evidence. status:ok means sources were readable; retained proofs identify their measured build and do not automatically certify this one. includeChangelog and sinceVersion filter the reported DSL changelog. tokens.defaultScope is configured metadata rather than an observed consumer scope; missing scope data is unavailable.
